6/1 Game Preview vs Brewers

Today the Pirates will start a six game road trip and a three game set with the Brewers at Miller Park in Milwaukee, a stadium that has seemed to haunt the Pirates in the past. The Pirates are just 4-38 in their last 22 games at Miller Park and just 1-8 at that stadium last year. The Brewers however are just coming off of a seven game west coast swing and a four game series sweep of the previously hot Dodgers.

The Pirates will be throwing one of their weaker guys tonight in Kevin Correia who is just a mere 1-5 this season with a 4.30 ERA. The Pirates will most likely just be looking to get 5 or 6 innings with just 2 or 3 runs out of Correia. Fortunately for the Pirates the Brewers are not throwing their ace either. The Brew Crew will be giving the ball to Randy Wolf tonight who is 2-4 on the year posting a 5.73 ERA, however in the past 10 years against the Pirates Wolf  has a 9 and 3 win loss total.

Lastly a guy I think you should keep an eye on for tonight's game is Pedro Alvarez. Pedro has 2 home runs and another hit against Wolf in just six career AB's. I would not be surprised if Pedro has a solid game tonight.
